Why this survey?

Your enterprise agreement (EA) sets your wages and work conditions. It is bargained between the employer, and yourselves as employees who are represented collectively through the HSU. 
 
This is a survey about what EA priorities matter to you and your colleagues, and what you're willing to do together in support of these priorities. This survey is addressed to employees, and particularly HSU members, at: 
- St Vincent's Private Hospital, Darlinghurst 
- Mater Hospital, North Sydney 
- St Vincent's Private Community Hospital, Griffith. 
 
We keep each response confidential, and will NOT share them with your employer.
