Small Business Britain in partnership with BT are surveying small businesses to understand:
· What they are thinking about and how they are planning for sustainability
· What support they may need
· Their engagement with initiatives such as Net Zero

Your participation is voluntary and you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Many questions are not mandatory and you can leave the survey at any time. All responses are treated as anonymous.
As a thanks for taking part in this survey, you have the option to be in with a chance of winning a top prize of £1,000 and one of five £100 prizes, to help your business grow. You can add your email at the end of the survey if you would like to be included. This information will not be used for any other purpose.
There are no costs to you from participation, other than your time. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
All data collected will be analysed and shared anonymously and it will be used to create reports and publications.
A final report showcasing aggregated data will be available on the Small Business Britain website.
