I have experience in developing roadmaps and setting-up the stakeholder process and governance frameworks for lynx reintroduction projects.

I can advise Thuringia on how to motivate stakeholders during the implementation phase and keep them involved in the long-term.

I know tools and good practices to evaluate and monitor progress.

I can provide input on specific measures to communicate the lynx reintroduction project to the public and to manage conflicts.
