This survey has been developed by The Kennel Club to gain data and insight into the prevalence and types of spinal (including neck, back and tail) problems affecting different pedigree dog breeds. We hope to further our understanding of the lifestyle and genetic factors influencing the development of spinal problems.

This survey is for dogs that may currently be living or who have sadly passed away. Please complete one survey per dog that you own/have previously owned, even if your dog has never been affected by spinal problems.

We recommend completing this survey on a desktop computer or laptop. All personal information given will be kept confidential and be presented anonymously.
