What should Spencer look like in 10 years? Spencer students, we need your input! The Town of Spencer is updating its Master Plan. Since students are a part of our future, the Master Plan Committee would love to get your feedback. This plan lays out a vision for the community’s future over the next 10 years and a roadmap to get there. Your responses to will help inform the Master Plan.
