Informing the government's Keep Britain Working Review

To inform the UK government's Keep Britain Working Review, the Association of British Insurers (ABI) and REBA are collaborating to gather evidence on the role of workplace health and protection benefits (e.g. insurances) in maintaining a healthy and productive workforce, including how employers communicate their workplace health benefits.

Specifically, REBA and the ABI are interested in determining whether employers can enhance recruitment and retention by making information about employee benefits publicly available, such as on the careers page of their websites.
