Introduction
Thank you for taking part in our survey. Kirklees Council is re-designing its Stop Smoking Service, and your feedback is crucial. Whether you’re currently smoking tobacco, have stopped, or you’re thinking about stopping, we’d love to hear about your experiences, challenges, and ideas.

This survey is for people aged over the age of 18.
