How close is your way of eating to one that actually results in the most vital, slender you?

In this quiz, we get a measure of how close you are to the kind of TRANSFORMATIVE EATING  that results in great health and vitality, and the ability to release your excess weight and get into your slender, right-sized body.  How close is your eating to that of a vital, slender person?

If you're like I was, and most of my clients, too, you probably feel you generally eat pretty healthy or, at least, you could do much worse.  But, your weight is higher than you'd like and you may be experiencing some health issues that are related to your diet. 

I discovered 4 keys to transforming this situation.  1) We must eat abundant nutritious foods. 2) We must avoid non-nutritious food-like substances that cause hormonal dysfunction and cravings. 3) We must eat on a sensible, slenderful schedule. 4) We must eat the right quantities for weight loss/ maintenance.
