Manchester Parent/Carer SEND Survey 2023-2024

Review of Manchester's SEND Services for Children & Young People (0-25) in 2023 and 2024

This survey is for parents and carers of children & young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) who live in or access Education, Health or Social Care services in the city of Manchester.

We would like to get your views on how well the Local Authority and Health partners identify our children's SEND, how well they meet those needs, and how effectively they improve outcomes for families in Manchester.

The views of parents & carers are essential in the design and development of local SEND provision and services, so your feedback is really important.

The survey would take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

If you have more than one child with SEND and your experience varies for each child, please complete separate surveys for each of them. If your experience in 2023 varies significantly from 2024, please also feel free to complete the survey separately for each year.
