Surrey Street Lighting Customer Satisfaction Survey

Thank you for choosing to help us with our on-line customer satisfaction survey.

 We are asking customers who have reported lighting faults via the County website and left their email address to help us by completing the survey.

The information you provide will assist us to continue to improve our service throughout Surrey. Your views are important to us and any answers and comments you have will be gratefully received.

 

If you have reported a fault in Surrey but do not know the name of the Borough as you may live outside the County, please simply leave the road name.  

Please be aware that we do not maintain any equipment on the A3, A30 in Staines or Motorways.
