Introduction Note:

GELI’s short leadership courses are delivered through a combination of online learning and a four-day residential session that is held in a regional hub, making it accessible to participants working in operational settings. In fact, the courses are dedicated to senior leaders working in operations. The courses are delivered in Nairobi, Dakar, Amman, Bangkok and Panama City.

The online part of the course is delivered once per week in a ninety-minute session.
