While we are seeing lower fuel prices in many parts of Australia, here in Robertson they remain too high. The fuel price has come down a little, but it remains up to 20 cents a litre more expensive than in Sydney, just half an hour down the freeway.
In conjunction with the Central Coast Community Council, I have launched this petition to take up the fight for fairer petrol prices on the Central Coast.
This petition urges the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to select the Central Coast as one of the geographical locations to be investigated over fuel price disparity.
