Attendee Pre-Annual Conference and Exhibition Attendance Survey

Our priority is for the safety and concern of our membership.  Should there be change in situations that cause for the postponement of our conference we will notify you as soon as possible.  Until that time, we are continuing with the planning and development of our 30th Annual Conference and Exhibition.

In consideration, we would like to hear from you on if there are changes in your conference attendance and participation due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).  If you will not be joining us this year or if your organization imposes a travel restriction or similar, please complete this notification survey below.
