SARS-CoV-2 Surveillance in Wildlife Rehabilitation Facilities: Biosecurity Assessment |
Thank you for participating in this study to understand which wildlife species rehabilitated and cared for at wildlife rehabilitation facilities across the United States may be susceptible to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
This biosecurity assessment is being conducted with each wildlife rehabilitation facility to evaluate practices that protect animals and their caretakers from SARS-CoV-2. Please complete this survey for arboreal, terrestrial, or aquatic mammals that are rehabilitated and cared for at your wildlife rehabilitation facility.
This survey has three parts and should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Please complete this survey within the first two months of engagement in the study. Wildlife rehabilitation facility participation is voluntary, free, confidential, and non-regulatory. Our team is available to answer any questions and can be reached by emailing covidwildlifestudy@tgen.org.
