This category is open to all recruitment firms in the country. Judges will be looking for firms with key differentiators in their workplace culture, performance, talent retention and development, innovative growth and commercial success for the growth and usage of the accountancy profession.
 
Eligibility Criteria
Nominees for this Award are to be evaluated based on the following criteria:
a) Organisations can be private companies, publicly-listed companies, multi-national subsidiaries, non-government organisations, franchise systems or partnerships.
b) An organisation or professional whose core business and/or responsibilities are the recruitment and appointment of candidates to accountancy roles.
c) Organisations must operate in Uganda, and have been operating in Uganda for a minimum of 12 months.
d) The winning organisation must have demonstrated evidence of all round achievements and delivered measurable results in the areas of client service and candidate experience, as well as employee and candidate satisfaction.
e) Involvement with and understanding of the community and the general stakeholder-ship they serve.
f) Media campaigns and innovations in attracting candidates for accountancy positions.
