RIVER PARISHES Assessment

The purpose of this survey is two-fold. 1.) To assess the wide-spread damage in our area. 2.) Provide Resources to Assist.

This will come in several forms. You will have access to a Facebook group with Approved Vendors that have been recommended by our neighbors. Those that have been verified (meaning, we will check to make sure they have a current licensed and are insured) will be starred. If you do not have a FB page and need to be contacted directly, let us know in the additional comments. If we call you, it is based on information you halready provided in this survey. We will never ask for payment information over the phone, for ssn, or bank information. This is an attempt to protect our community and centralize the needs we have.

Lastly, we have widespread devastation. If you can help in any way - have a business or a house to rent, Let us know. We have needs and I believe that we have the resources and connections within this group to help each other.
