Rainbow-active LGBTIQA+ 'come and try' sessions

Rainbow-active has a vision for all active recreation clubs, sports clubs and fitness organisations to better connect with the LGBTIQA+ community and provide safe inclusive spaces for everybody. Rainbow-active is a project delivered by the Country LGBTIQA+ Inclusion Program, a program of Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health, with support from Macedon Ranges Shire Council and the Healthy Heart of Victoria Project.

Many of the providers of the below sessions have already undertaken LGBTIQA+ Diversity and Inclusion training and are all committed to providing welcoming and safe spaces that everyone can enjoy.

Bushwalking - Saturday 14 May 9.20am for a 9.30am start. Meeting point Chewton outdoor pool carpark, near the corner of Main Road and North St, Chewton.
A 5km bushwalk at a gentle pace, will go ahead if there is light drizzle and should conclude around 11.30am.
