For Each of the following positions in your facility please estimate the total number of employees, their average age, turnover percentage (i.e., the percent of total employees that leave and must be replaced each year), and expected growth in number of positions each year (i.e., a positive percentage if the repair station is adding positions and a negative percentage if it is decreasing).
Consider each group independently. If an individual in your facility holds multiple positions enter the information in each category. The information provided for technicians must include all technical personnel other than inspectors, supervisors, and persons authorized to approve work for return to service.
