Light Your Pumpkin!
Each pumpkin must be equipped with a battery-operated light for safe and vibrant illumination.
Pumpkin Display:
Pumpkins will be showcased along Depot Street in front of Factory Point Green from Saturday, Oct. 26 at 5:00 PM to Sunday, Oct. 27 at 12:00 PM.
Pumpkin Pickup:
Please collect your carved pumpkin by 12:00 PM on Sunday, Oct. 27, or it will be disposed of.

Participation Agreement: By entering the Pumpkin Carving Contest, participants acknowledge and accept all rules and guidelines set forth by the Town of Manchester and the Manchester Business Association (hereafter referred to as “the Organizers”).
Liability Release: Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Town of Manchester, the Manchester Business Association, and their affiliates, employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise from participation in the contest.
Photo Release: Participants grant the Organizers permission to use their name, likeness, and any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
Safety and Conduct: Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their creations. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for unsafe practices or inappropriate behavior.
Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and execution. Decisions made by the judges are final.
Event Cancellation: The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the contest due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Compliance with Laws: All participants must comply with local laws and regulations. The Organizers are not responsible for any violations incurred by participants.

Rule: Any submissions deemed inappropriate by the organizers will be disqualified from the pumpkin carving contest. The organizers hold exclusive discretion to determine whether or not to display any pumpkins submitted for the contest.
