COVID-19 RELATED STRESS

The COVID-19 pandemic has created an urgent need to understand the protective factors that can buffer individuals against psychological distress. The aim of this study is to investigate such resilience resources. 
INSTRUCTIONS

The following statements are designed to measure various behaviours, thought processes, and mental characteristics. Read each statement carefully and choose which one of the five possible responses best reflects you by circling the corresponding number. If you are not sure, or if a statement does not seem to apply to you, choose the answer that seems the best. Please answer honestly and make responses based on how you actually are rather than how you would like to be. Please don't skip any question. Skipping any question will lead to cancellation of your participation.

This is an anonymous data collection methodology and all your responses will remain confidential. All the data will be analysed at an aggregate level and not on an individual level.
