Welcome to Questionnaire 2 of the Psychedelic Integration Survey Study


Thank you for your interest in participating in this study. This survey involves filling out a questionnaire, taking approximately 30 minutes. The greatest risks of this study include the potential for boredom or emotional discomfort. The survey is entirely anonymous.

Questionnaire 2 is for people who have taken a psychedelic and engaged in an integration practice with a trained psychedelic integration facilitator.

PURPOSE OF STUDY

The goals of this study are to collect quantitative data from those with first-hand experience practicing psychedelic integration, to develop formalized sets of psychedelic integration guidelines to use as a baseline for future research, and to advance our knowledge of the best practices for how people can integrate their psychedelic experiences, insights, and lessons into everyday life to promote healing, growth, and transformation.

Information gathered from this study could benefit the well-being of others in the future. It may also help instantiate psychedelic integration as its own discipline eventually.

A NOTE ON THIS SURVEY STUDY

There are two separate questionnaires for this study. Questionnaire 2 (this questionnaire) is for those who have engaged in a psychedelic integration practice with a facilitator. Questionnaire 1 is for psychedelic integration facilitators. If you are a psychedelic integration facilitator and have practiced psychedelic integration yourself, you are eligible and encouraged to participate in both questionnaires.

Given the relative lack of research into psychedelic integration, this survey is necessarily in-depth and may take longer than other questionnaires you have filled out. Your feedback is invaluable. Thank you for participating in this study.
