Polar Research Vessel Science Mission Requirements Workshop

All individuals who are interested in participating in the NSF funded/UNOLS refresh effort of Science Mission Requirements (SMR) for Polar Research Vessels are asked to complete this form. For those individuals who plan to attend the meeting, this form will also serve as a meeting registration form. The information provided will assist the steering committee in planning a productive meeting. All input is considered preliminary and it is intended that interactions of the workshop will determine the final SMR recommendations. A summary of the questionnaire results will be provided to the workshop participants.

Please Note: The survey information submitted by you in this form will be reported on at the workshop.
