Thank you for taking part in this joint PEX Network and Forrester Survey for Business Process Change. The core of this survey is exactly the same as a similar survey on business process change undertaken in 2011. Forrester's objective is to spot trends and uncover how attitudes have evolved. With this survey, Forrester has also sought to explore how business process improvement efforts relate to customer-centric improvement efforts.

Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and will only be examined in aggregate with the others who complete this survey. The survey should take no more than 10-12 minutes to complete.
