HSU/HACSU is surveying members to identify which members have worked for online platforms, so that we can improve our records, as well as pay and conditions for members.

Online platforms are websites or apps that allow people to post "jobs" that workers can accept through a website or app, often for things like aged care, therapy, or disability support work, such as Mable or Hireup. Platform workers often need to have an ABN, but not always.

Who is conducting the study?  The survey is being carried out by your union. We may contact you for more information if needed.

Is it confidential? What you say in the survey is confidential. Unless you give us permission, we won’t share your details or the information you have provided in the survey. We won't tell anyone who you are, who you work for or where you work.
