Local Synodal Session Summary Form

In hosting a local synodal session you are encouraged to submit a summary of the themes shared from your participants to be included in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia submission which will be sent to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops by June 30, 2022. Please attempt to submit your summary within a week of your session as to keep the information fresh and clear and no later than June 1, 2022 for inclusion within the archdiocesan summary. Please only submit one form for each host community (e.g. a parish that hosts multiple sessions will submit one summary for all the sessions combined)
