Personal budgets survey

We would like to invite you to take an online survey about the Disability Rights UK personal budget helpline.

The questions will help us to understand how effective the helpline has been in providing enquirers with the information or support they requested. This will help us improve the service.

The questionnaire will take 5 - 10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. We’d like you to be open and honest in your views. There is no way for anyone to link your responses back to you and your responses will in no way affect any current or future support that you may be receiving from DR UK, other organisation, or your local authority.

Disability Rights UK respects your privacy and we realise how important it is to you that your personal information remains secure. Your personal data is protected by UK legislation, specifically (in order) the Data Protection Act 1998, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) 2003, and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
