OPAL Repository: Conference Presentation Permissions

If you would like your conference presentation to be included in the OPAL Repository or conference pages, please fill out this quick form, check the permissions below, and email your slides/presentation copy to heidib@ohionet.org. If relevant, please include any CC or other license on your materials.

For groups of presenters, each individual should fill out the permissions form. Please make sure there is agreement and everyone selects the same permissions. Only one person needs to send the actual presentation file.
