Canada's Pediatric Palliative Care Alliance: People with Lived Experience - EN

Thank you for supporting our survey. We are Canada’s Pediatric Palliative Care Alliance, a Health Canada funded initiative with the goal of improving equitable access to high quality pediatric palliative care (PPC) for all Canadian children and families. To reach this goal, we need to hear from families who are caring for, or have cared for, a child with a life-limiting illness (including pediatric palliative care, perinatal palliative care and/or bereavement services).
Families who care for, or who have cared for, a child with a life-limiting illness know so much about the health care system. Understanding your experiences will help us leverage system-wide changes by better understanding what we do well and supporting growth where it may be needed.
