Question Title

This application is for those students who are seeking enrollment in EDUC&191 - Field Experience I, which is typically offered each fall quarter.

Once your application is complete, we will contact you with registration information and work on your behalf to seek placement in an appropriate school setting to fulfill course requirements. Incomplete applications will not be put forth for placement. If you are missing a requirement, please acquire the needed document(s)/information and return to complete your application.
