Publishing Guidelines

Welcome to the IGLYO Opportunity Submission Form! Before submitting your opportunity through the form below, please read carefully the instructions to make sure your opportunity is eligible for publication on the IGLYO website.

1. Who can submit an opportunity for publication on the IGLYO website? 

Only IGLYO Member Organisations and our partners can submit opportunities for publication on the IGLYO website.

2. What kind of opportunities can be published on the IGLYO website?

Our opportunities are divided into 4 categories:

    - Events (conferences, training, online workshops, summer camps, etc.)
    - Open Calls (for participants, for partners, for survey respondents, etc.)
    - Campaigns (open letters, awareness raising campaigns, etc.)
    - Job Offers (from internships to full-time jobs)

Our opportunities are meant to provide LGBTQI young people from across the Council of Europe Region and beyond with various ways to get involved in the international LGBTQI and human rights movement. They should therefore be accessible to international participants and be related to or intersect with LGBTQI and human rights. Please also make sure to only submit opportunities that your organisation is organising or in charge of.

Please note that, depending on the demand, it can take up to 5 working days before your opportunity is published on the IGLYO website. You will receive an email when your opportunity is available on the website.
