Survey on the experiences of doing Ngöndro |
Institute of Contemplative Psychology
The purpose of this survey is to gather knowledge and experiences of doing Ngöndro as Westerners, in order to create a helpful map of the territory, and thereby to provide suggestions and tips for students that will follow in these foot steps on how to navigate and traverse the Ngöndro.
By Ngöndro is meant Outer preliminaries and Inner/Special/Extraordinary preliminaries (Refuge, Boddhicitta, Mandala, Guru Yoga etc.).
This independent research is conducted by Psychologist Jens Näsström. Results will be presented in a report in white paper format, for free distribution.
All replies are anonymous, and participants are guaranteed anonymity. You can skip any question you want, and interrupt answering the survey at any point.
Questions and comments can be sent to contact@contemplativepsychology.org. (If you want a copy of the report when it is done, send an e-mail to this address.)
