As a job developer Workforce Planning Hamilton is looking for your guidance as an expert in your field to help develop an Employer Toolkit for small and medium sized (SME) businesses in Hamilton.
WPH and our project partner Mohawk College Enterprise are interested in your experiences when placing clients with businesses that have 50 or under employees.
 
The goal of the project is to provide an easy to use guide for employers with information on best practices for recruitment, retention and onboarding, etc. with the goal of helping to prevent staff turnover.
 
This is your chance to tell us about the problems and challenges that employers face and the areas they need the most help with so we can concentrate on those areas in our guide.
