Introduction to Survey

Thank you for participating in this neighborhood plan prioritization survey. The survey asks for your opinion about the top 5 most important Capital Improvement Project (CIP) recommendations from the neighborhood plan and the top 5 non-CIP recommendations from the plan. Your responses provide important input to the City’s Capital Improvement Program planning process and to annual department work programs. The neighborhood plan, implementation tracking chart, and map of CIP recommendations are available on the Adopted Neighborhood Plans Web page for reference.
The results of this survey will be compiled and given to the neighborhood plan contact team, who will review the results and submit the final priorities to the City. If you would like to print your responses, please do so before you move to the next page. You will not be able to return to the survey after you click "Submit."
