A Cool School Neighborhood Park is coming to L.O. Donald Elementary (75211)!

L.O. Donald Elementary has been selected as a "Cool School" which means that the schoolyard will be transformed into a neighborhood park that everyone can use after school hours and on weekends.

We are working to inform the community of this exciting news and get their feedback on park design and amenities! This park will open in Fall 2022.

The Cool School Park will include:

* A playground

*A walking trail

* Creative art elements

*An outdoor classroom

*Tree plantings
