We are seeking your ideas for improving the development of Morgan Park Commons. Please answer the following questions.
Morgan Park Commons (the "Project") is a planned 286-unit mixed-use development project proposed for the location at the northwest corner of 115th and Halsted intersection. The Project will incorporate 18,000 square feet of retail; 15,000 square feet of recreation; and a 2-acre public outdoor park connecting to the Major Taylor Trail. The Project is an Equitable Transit-Oriented Development (ETOD) with a direct connection to the proposed new Pace Pulse Bus Station.

This survey is intended to get feedback from you on how to improve the Project.
