Hello parents! Monona Parks and Recreation is exploring the possibility of starting a 4K-wrap program and expanding our afterschool for all grade levels for the 2023-24 School Year. We have received requests from parents to run a 4K wrap program and witness a need to expand our afterschool program for all grade levels. We want your feedback to assist our planning process and help us understand and determine the level of care needed in our community (4K-5th grade). This survey should take less than 5 minutes, and your feedback will be instrumental in whether or not we develop or expand a program.
