Survey Overview

Mifflin County is creating a new comprehensive plan, and we need your help!

A comprehensive plan is a long-term visioning document that represents what kind of place we want Mifflin County to be in the next 10 years. The plan is used to identify future infrastructure improvements, strategies for shaping community growth and development, and methods for preserving the history, culture, and rural character that make our community a special place to live, work, learn, and play.

Specifically, the new plan will address the most pressing needs of the county which may include the following topics:
  • Housing and Neighborhoods
  • Future Growth & Land Use
  • Economic Development
  • Community Facilities & Services
  • Libraries
  • Educational institutions
