Parent Conference Dismissal Form

Dear Parents,

On Thursday and Friday students will be dismissed at noon so that teachers can hold parent conferences.

Extended Day is available until 6pm. There is a $30 drop-in fee if you do not have a contract.

Students can be dropped off at no charge during your conference.

Please check off below whether or not your child will be dismissed to Extended Day at Noon on Thursday and Friday.

A $30 drop in fee will be added to your TADS tuition account for enrolled students who do not have Extended Day Contracts.
