Blue River Ecodustrial Corridor (BRECO) Transportation Study

Your input will help the project team analyze multimodal improvements at the northern end of the Blue River Ecodustrial Corridor. The Blue River Ecodustrial Corridor (BRECO) is comprised of approximately 4,600-acres on Kansas City, Missouri’s east side, stretching from the confluence of the Blue River and Missouri River in the north to Blue Parkway in the south.

In particular, this study is focused on improving or creating a roadway connection between the north end of Manchester Trafficway and Independence Avenue. This study also includes bicycle and pedestrian improvements, including a proposed segment of the Blue River Trail from Corrington Park to the north end of the study area.
