Johnny's Ambassadors Presentation Survey

Please take this survey before and after Laura Stack's presentation at your school.

Thank you for helping us understand your views and perceptions about marijuana and THC products. Your individual answers go to Laura Stack at Johnny's Ambassadors and are not shared with the school. The school receives an overall report with the average results from ALL students to help them measure the effectiveness of the program. But nothing you say will be identified with your name on it, so please answer all questions best you can.

Thank you!
