The products, information, and technology provided by M3 Technology may be subject to one or more of the Global Trade Regulations of the United States and other authorities. This includes but is not limited to the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
In addition, M3 Technology, its customers, suppliers, and all other parties to the transaction are bound by the regulations of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the various sanction regimes of the United States. Further, the transaction is subject to the end use and end user controls of the United States State Department, the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Defense, and Department of Commerce.
No party to transaction shall be in violation of the applicable regulations, and shall not be named on any sanctioned, debarred, ineligible, or unverified or other listing proscribing or limiting their authorization to participate in export transactions.
M3 Technology may provide information related to the Schedule B, Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) Number, Export Control Classification Number, and/or United States Munitions List (USML) category for product in the transaction. Unless specifically agreed to by M3 Technology, this information is provided for informational purposes only, and does not absolve the recipient of the requirements of the various regulations, including decisions related to jurisdiction, classification, and licensing. The purchaser is responsible for full compliance with all laws and regulations, and if exporting the product from the United will be the US Principle Party of Interest (USPPI) and exporter of record unless otherwise noted and approved by M3 Technology. The USPPI shall be responsible for all licensing and/or other requirements necessary to export product, and M3 Technology must specifically approve any such request at time of order to assume that responsibility.
In providing the information below, you are certifying that your company will abide by all applicable regulations, and will flow down the requirements as needed to customers and end users who may later receive the product. You further agree that any violations of these terms will be immediately reported to M3 Technology, and that you will fully cooperate with any subsequent investigation and required corrective measures.
