The Town of LaSalle is preparing a Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan. Through research and community engagement, the Master Plan will guide strategic decision making to meet the needs of all residents over the next 5 years, with a long-term outlook to 2050.
Community involvement is vital to the success of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan. It will be informed by input from residents, staff, stakeholders, and other key partners. Your input will help us better understand the priorities of LaSalle residents. All individual survey responses are kept strictly confidential and will only be reproduced in summary format for the purpose of this Master Plan.

Instructions
- The survey will be open until December 6, 2024, and will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
- One (1) submission per resident is permitted. You are encouraged to consider the parks, recreation, and culture preferences and priorities of all members living within your household.
- Complete as many of the questions as you can, but you don’t have to respond to questions that you are unsure about.
Alternative survey format
Pick up and submit hardcopy surveys at: Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex (2121 Laurier Parkway), the Town of LaSalle Civic Centre (5950 Malden Road) or the LaSalle Branch of the Essex County Library (5950 Malden Road).
