Kingston Compost Survey

Thank you in advance for completing this survey on food scraps collection, also known as composting or organics recycling.  The City of Kingston is exploring removing food scraps and food waste from the waste stream to keep municipal costs down and to provide a beneficial service to the City’s residents and small businesses.  The City is working with you to reduce the amount of waste that is sent to landfills.  We already do this by recycling and collecting yard waste.  Together we can make an even bigger impact by removing food scraps and food waste from the waste stream.  This survey will help the City understand the type of programs that will best suit Kingston residents and small businesses.  Thank you, again, for taking this 5-minute survey!  Please complete survey by February 26, 2020.  For more information please contact Sustainability Coordinator Julie Noble at Julielnoble@kingston-ny.gov.
