The purpose of this survey is to gather input from Keweenaw Point state lands visitors. You may know this area as part of the Keweenaw Heartlands. During this survey, we will refer to the area already owned by the State of Michigan, plus land that is going to be acquired by the state from The Nature Conservancy, as the Keweenaw Point state lands. Refer to the map below.
Your answers will help the Michigan Department of Natural Resources develop a General Management Plan that will guide the future of the lands.
This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will not be shared with any other parties and are confidential unless you provide your email address at the end of the survey.
At the end of the survey, you will be directed to the area website that provides additional information on the General Management Plan process and further opportunities for public review and comment.
