You are invited to participate in a research study by Kalyn Molner, a doctoral student under the supervision of Dr. Nurcan Ensari, a faculty member in the Organizational Psychology Program at Alliant International University.

The purpose of this research is to explore how different leadership styles and personality traits affect employees’ readiness for organizational change. You are being asked to participate in this research because you are 18 years or older and have been employed at your current company for at least six months.

If you take part in this study, you will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires. The survey will include questions about your experiences at work, your views on leadership, your personality, and your sentiments around organizational change. Completing the survey should take approximately 15 minutes.

The possible risks of participating in this study are minimal but may include mild discomfort in reflecting on workplace experiences and your personality style. You may skip any question that makes you uncomfortable. There are not direct benefits to this study; however, it has been designed to learn more about how leadership and personality contribute to positive workplace change and development.

We will make every effort to ensure that the information you provide remains confidential. Your responses will not include any identifying information, and results will be shared as summaries of overall group data, not individual answers. The data will be stored in a password-protected, restricted-access cloud storage system and retained for up to 5 years before being securely deleted.
