2023 Multnomah County Juror Compensation Questionnaire

Compensation is set by the Oregon Legislature. By law, a juror must waive the daily fee if the juror is paid a wage or salary by the juror’s employer for the day(s) of jury service unless otherwise provided by an employment agreement. If the daily fee is paid, it is paid at the following rate: $10 per day for the first two days, $25 for any further days. All payments are sent by mail.
