In today’s world, education in universities and Higher Education Institutions have some aspects like communication information, the combinational approach, internationalization and inter-cultural dialogue in common. (Seddoh, 2002). 
As an apex body for Higher Education in Africa, the Association of African Universities (AAU) has the vision to be the leading advocate for African HE, with the capacity to provide support for its member institutions in meeting national, continental and global needs. As part of its mandate of providing support for member institutions to meet global needs, it behooves on us to organize training workshops that will equip our members and non-member institutions with the capacity to position their institutions to take advantage of the internationalization global trend. This workshop enables participants to focus on the international perspective in the context of the African continent (Think globally but act Locally).
