The Responsiveness in Social Services Survey!

Thank you for participating in this survey, which is part of the EU-funded RESPONSIVE project. Working together with IFSW Europe, the RESPONSIVE project is conducting research about how social services use feedback from people who using the service.

The survey asks questions about feedback and participation by people who use social services, especially the impact of feedback on services.

Your input will help us better understand how social services can be more responsive to the needs and rights of people.

All types of social service staff can take part in the survey: practitioners, managers and directors.

We welcome contributions from all parts of Europe and the world.

This survey runs until 15 February 2025.

The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete, and your responses will remain confidential.

Your feedback is crucial in improving the effectiveness and inclusivity of social services across Europe. The results will be published in summer 2025.
