IECSC 2022 - Call for Presentations |
To have your proposed session considered for inclusion on one of the 2022 events, please consider the following information, enter requested details on the form, read and accept the terms and conditions of participation.
IECSC attendees include and, therefore, content should be targeted to: spa owners/directors/managers, estheticians, cosmeticians, massage therapists, office managers, makeup artists, medical estheticians, practitioners, and physicians.
Selection Criteria:
The IECSC program is strictly educational and not a forum for sales and marketing. Please be reminded that on this program, an attendee must be able to come away from the session, return to their spa, and implement what they’ve learned regardless of whose products they use. Proposed topics deemed to be commercial in nature will be discarded. Attendee feedback concerning the promotional nature of a presentation will impact future consideration. Submissions will be evaluated based on:
- Relevance to industry issues and originality
- Well-defined focus to an identified audience segment
- Case studies with proven/measurable results
- Educational value/non-commercialism
- Practical application of information
- Updated, fresh content not available at other events
- Speaker qualifications

Please be sure your submission is well-written. Use proper grammar, punctuation and make sure your class description makes sense. Choose a title that is marketing-worthy and that also speaks to what you will be teaching in the class. Please note that submissions that are not properly written or don't make sense WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Sessions NOT previously presented elsewhere, including past IECSC events, are most desirable and stand a better chance of being selected than content which has been presented before. Sessions previously presented on IECSC product focused education tracks will absolutely not be considered for inclusion on the non-commercial program and will be rejected.
You may submit more than one session proposal for a venue by completing a separate form for each topic.
BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL FOR CONSIDERATION, PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. Do not check the agreement and submission button unless you are prepared to comply!
