About ICT Professional Conversion Programme (PCP)
To meet the ICT sector’s manpower demand, NTUC LearningHub is proud to partner with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) to offer the Professional Conversion Programme. The programme is targeted at helping Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs) including mid-career switchers, undergo skills conversion and secure new jobs in the ICT industry.

The programme is targeted at helping Professionals, Managers and Executives (PMEs) including mid-career switchers, undergo skills conversion and secure new jobs in the ICT industry.
Who qualifies for the ICT PCP scheme?
The programme is open to mid-career switchers and aims to train individuals to become qualified IT Professionals.
In order to qualify, the candidate must meet the following criteria:
Employment background
• Currently employed in the ICT industry but seeking to acquire new skills and/ or switch careers to another ICT sub-sector or
• Currently employed in industries other than ICT industry but seeking to acquire new skills and switch careers to the ICT industry or
• Currently unemployed but seeking to enter the ICT industry
Residential Status
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) of Singapore
Academic Qualification
• Degree/ Diploma in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) related areas is preferred.
Work Experience
• At least 2 years of work experience in job role(s) that is not related to the desired PCP job role.
Numeracy Skills
• At least a B4 grade in ‘O’ level Mathematics is preferred.
Literacy Skills
• At least B4 grade in ‘O’ level English (or) is preferred.
• IELTS score of band 6.5 and above. Students who were taught at Diploma/Bachelor level with English as medium of instruction are exempted from submitting IELTS score report.
